Why is my phone not charging on the SnapMount 3?

There can be a few reasons why your phone is not charging. Firstly make sure you have a wireless charging compatible phone, you can check the compatibility section on the product page here.

Please also check to make sure you have it all plugged in correctly as per the instructions, make sure that you can see a blue light on the S logo on the SnapMount 3. Please ensure you are using the correct cigarette adapter plug that is included in the box, the light on this should also be blue. If you are using a standard USB port in the car that is only 5V 1A and not fast charging, charging will not be stable.

If the ā€˜Sā€™ logo and cigarette adapter plug is illuminated blue, you are ready to charge. If you find that your phone is still not charging and you have met all the requirements above, one other possible reason could be incorrect positioning of the SnapMag ring. If the SnapMag ring is not placed in the correct position then this will stop the phone from charging onto the car mount even though the setup is correct.
