There could be a few different reasons as to why your phone is falling off the SnapMount:
- Please make sure you are not using a case that is extremely heavy or thick, this needs to be less than 5mm and there needs to be nothin placed between the phone and case (eg a credit card)
- Please make sure you are using either a SnapMag case or the SnapMag ring that is included in the box and that it is in direct contact with the SnapMount so this needs to be placed on the outside of a case if you are using one of your own, not in between a phone and the case
- Please ensure you are not using a previous model SnapCase and that you are using the latest SnapMag case range
- Please ensure your SnapMount 3 is secured tightly using the included tightening wheel/lock nut. Having a weak foundation is actually very common resulting in a weak hold and your phone falling off. If the vents are not secure enough, please use the adhesive dash piece option.
