Here are some troubleshooting steps to help if your phone may not be charging on the PowerBase 2:
- Update your phone to the latest software
- Turn your phone on and off
- Reboot your phone (Before doing this make sure you have backed up your phone)
- Disable "Optimized Battery Charging" (Open Settings app → Battery → Battery Health → Optimized Battery Charging.) When this function is enabled, your phone will delay charging past 80% in certain situations. There are various benefits to keeping optimized charging on, but you can experience a faster charge if you turn charging optimization off
