My watch is not charging on the PowerBase 2 and I have set it up correct. Is it faulty?

If you finish setting up the PowerBase 2 and find that your smart watch is not receiving any power and not charging at all, it is very likely that you are using the incorrect plug to power the PowerBase 2.

The PowerBase requires at least 9V 2A of input which is 18W to charge the watch and other devices. You need a Quick Charge USB A plug that can deliver 18W at a minimum of 9V 2A. We do sell the quick charge plug in our store and mention this is required when purchasing a PowerBase 2, you can purchase a QC plug here
