Yes, almost any case can be used with the PowerBase 2, as long as it is not extremely thick such as credit card wallet phone cases, cases with a magnetic plate or pop sockets.
For the best experience, we suggest to use our SnapMag cases as the case has a built in magnetic ring that will align with the magnets inside the PowerBase 2, giving you a precise connection every time. MagSafe compatible phone cases will also allow for magnetic alignment and connection too.
If you are using no case or a case of your own and your phone is not MagSafe compatible you will need to attach the provided SnapMag Ring to the back of your case. Please also ensure you have nothing placed in between the phone and case.
