Can I cancel/change my order? I made a mistake!
If you have noticed you made a mistake in your ordering please contact us ASAP either via email email@example.com or via our live chat. If your order has already been dispatched unfortunately we most likely can not change your address or delivery destination.
How can I get an invoice?
Please check your emails after you place your order. You should have an option to download your invoice as a PDF. Please contact us if you do not see this option.
I have an order enquiry/Where is my order?
You track your order by clicking our live chat icon, then choose 'track my order button'. If you are still unable to find your order, please contact us directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all standard payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. We also offer ‘buy now pay later’ payment gateways through Afterpay and Zippay.
Where do I enter the coupon code?
You may enter a valid coupon code during the checkout process. Please make sure you have entered your details and are in the checkout stage where you need to enter payment details. On the side you should see a box where you can enter in discount codes.
